The professional food service and vending company members of  Vend Marketing Institute have developed an innovative nutrition guideline program emphasizing sensible nutrition choices, nutrition education and a healthy active lifestyle.

  The Right Choice... for a Healthier You! program is designed for working adults.

  The program clearly identifies products to meet our guidelines. We encourage our clients to offer these choices alongside the traditional   vending selections.

  The Guidelines are designed specifically for Business and Industry vending and food service locations. The Guidelines are not designed to meet any specific state nutrition guideline for schools.

  VMI continually reviews products available to the vending and food service industry and updates a "comprehensive directory of beverages, snacks and entrees that meet the established guideline."
