I have visited Imperial’s headquarters in Tulsa and they are one of the most progressive vending companies in the nation. They have been very quick and efficient in implementing the Cantaloupe system in their different markets, probably the best I have seen with the 50,000 machines we have on our system today.

Kudos to Imperial Vending. We had a problem with the snack machine yesterday, it was not taking bills. I called them and in less than an hour two men were here and the machine was fixed.
Wes came by and did some preventative maintenance to our vending machines. I wanted to thank you for this practice. I don’t know anything about vending machines but do think it may help in the long run, kind of like changing the oil in your car. Thanks again.

I just want to give kudos to the staff in our cafeteria. I certainly thought the former chef was doing a good job BUT...the current staff is doing AWESOME! They have switched up the menu and brought in some new and creative options. I was 13-14 people deep one day this week for the pasta bar. Everyone in the building seems to be embracing the change! In the 5 years I have worked in this building I have never seen that much enthusiasm. They all deserve a big pat on the back! 🙂

I wanted to drop you a quick note about LaRon, the driver that supports our market. I continue to receive feedback from my front line associates about how friendly he is and well liked. He has already become part of our family. Earlier this week one of our clients was walking in our building when she fell in the parking lot. She said she jumped up and looked around (trying not to be too embarrassed) and LaRon was the only one to have seen her fall. He stopped what he was doing to help her in and then helped her clean up (she had cut her hand and elbow) without saying a word to anyone, my client really appreciated his discretion. I think the market has been a big success (the food has been well received) but I also believe people like LaRon have pushed the experience from good to great.
I just wanted to take a minute to extend my gratitude to you and your team for helping cater at our Bama Frozen Dough facility. I am writing this letter to tell you how pleased I am with the service that Imperial Vending has provided to me. I was with a different company for several years and continually had problems with their service. They did not replenish the product in our snack machine on a consistent manner along with our drink machines. Many times we would be out of a product for weeks at a time and by the time they came to refill the machines, products inside the machine would be out of date. After I contacted Imperial, they were prompt in delivering my machines and have kept them stocked consistently. I would recommend Imperial to anyone needing vending service.
